Does rabbittransit have service on holidays? 
There will be no York service on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. See the Holidays page for more information. 

Does rabbittransit have a lost and found?
Yes. If you have lost or found something on the bus, please fill out the form located at the Lost & Found page. 

How can I contact customer service?

How can I add money to my account for shared ride/paratransit service?
You can add money to your account by purchasing online or by mail by downloading an order form and mailing back the completed form. Download the form by clicking here and return to rabbittransit, 415 N. Zarfoss Drive, York, PA 17404. 

Tickets can also be purchased online or through the Token Transit app.

Will winter weather affect my route?
Winter weather may affect your regularly scheduled route. For real-time updates about your regular routes, we recommend signing up for Rider Alerts. When you sign up for Rider Alerts, you will receive an automated call, a text, or an email when there are unexpected changes to your route(s).

If rabbittransit declares a snow emergency, it may alter its regular snow routes to connect people to parking garages and ‘lifeline’ type facilities. Changes will be made on a route-by-route basis as needed. Whenever possible, all route changes will be announced prior to the change(s). Every attempt will be made to follow the listed snow routes.

Route 1W: West Manchester Mall

No Bannister Street or White Street service. Carlisle Avenue only.

Route 1E: East York

No service to Williams Road.

Route 2N: North York via North George Street

No change.

Route 3N: Northwest Plaza/UPMC Hospital

No change.

Route 4E: Memorial Outpatient

No change.

Route 5E: Haines Rd/Greensprings

No service to Greensprings Plaza or beyond on Mount Rose Ave.

Route 5W: West York/West York Ind. Park

No change.

Route 6N: York City Industrial Park

No service on Jefferson or Pershing Ave. Bus travels out Beaver St. between Jefferson and Parkways and inbound from Parkway to George St. No service to Colony Park.

Route 8S: York Hospital via George St.

No change.

Route 9S: York Hospital via Pershing Ave.

No change.

Route 10S: South York via Queen/Red Lion

No service on Edgar Street Hill. Route: Between Edgar Square & Rathton Road bus uses Peyton to Pine Streets.

Route 12: Wrightsville/Columbia

No change.

Route 13: Dover

No service to Springfield Apts., Rehab Hospital, Moul Home or Country Meadows or YMCA in Dover. Route: Service beyond West Manchester Mall is limited to Route 74 (Carlisle Rd.) only.

Route 16: York/Hanover

No change.

Route 20N: North Hanover via Baltimore

No change.

Route 20S: South Hanover via Baltimore

No change.

Route 22: North Hanover via Carlisle.

Does rabbittransit offer any family-friendly options?

Yes! Children under 3’8″ (44 inches) ride free when accompanied by a fare-paying passenger. When boarding the bus, please see the designated measurement zone at the driver’s area. Please note that when traveling with a stroller, the stroller should be folded before entering the bus and should remain folded for the duration of the trip. For the safety and comfort of all passengers, the stroller should be stored out of the aisle.

For riders 17 years of age and younger, discounted student passes are available. These passes must be purchased in person at the Transfer Center or rabbittransit administration offices.
