2025 Holiday Service Hours and Procedures

Please read this information carefully so you can plan accordingly. If you have questions or need clarification, please call Customer Service 1-800-632-9063.

 

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 27, THANKSGIVING:

  • No service. Closed in observance of holiday.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 24, CHRISTMAS EVE: 

  • Shared Ride Paratransit service until 6:30PM
    • NOTE: As service ends at 6:30PM, no reservations should be taken for pick-up later than 5:30PM. The EXCEPTION is Complementary ADA, in which reservations can be taken until 6:30PM.
  • Cumberland, Dauphin, York Fixed Route service until 6:30PM
      • NOTE: Wherever fixed route buses are in their route at 6:30PM, they will turn around at that location (even mid-route) and begin inbound allowing riders to only be dropped off along the way.
      • Route 33 (ES3/FedEx): This will end at 6:30PM. The last departure from ES3 is 6:36PM to travel inbound to the Transfer Center (drop offs only).
  • rabbittransit Call Center 7AM-6PM
  • Adams Fixed Route —No service. Offices closed.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 25, CHRISTMAS DAY: 
● No service. Closed in observance of holiday.

 WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31, NEW YEAR’S EVE: 

  • Shared Ride Paratransit service until 6:30PM
    • NOTE: As service ends at 6:30PM, no reservations should be taken for pick-up later than 5:30PM. The EXCEPTION is Complementary ADA, in which reservations can be taken until 6:30PM.
