rabbittransit Seeks Public Input on New Express Service Routes to Northern Maryland

York, PA – rabbittransit announces proposed schedules for the new rabbitEXPRESS service to Northern Maryland which is scheduled to premiere on Monday, February 2. Designed for commuters traveling from York to Timonium and Sparks, rabbitEXPRESS hopes to alleviate the stresses of travel including volatile fuel prices, inclement weather and vehicle wear and tear. The proposed rabbitEXPRESS service will operate six round trips on weekdays to several areas in Northern Maryland along the I83 corridor. The service will be offered from the Park and Ride lot at Exit 24, a location to be determined on the south side of the city and through the use of an existing lot at Exit 5.  rabbittransit is asking potential customers to log on the rabbittransit website, www.rabbittranist.org, to provide feedback through a survey on the proposed route. 

The service will be delivered in sleek black vehicles which feature larger, more luxurious seats which recline, on-board credit card pass purchases; as well as the highly desirable amenity – Satellite Television.

“A lot of time and planning has gone into this service. We believe that our future customers will be pleased with everything the rabbitEXPRESS offers. It is going to be just what they have been waiting for,” explains rabbittransit’s Executive Director Richard Farr.
