LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE
Individuals who have a limited ability to read, write, speak or understand English are Limited English Proficient (LEP). rabbittransit is committed to ensuring meaningful access to programs and activities by persons who are LEP. Upon request, language assistance is provided free of charge to assist in communicating with individuals who do not speak English. Interpretation services are available by calling 717-846-RIDE (7433). Customers should identify their need upon calling.
For individuals who are hearing impaired, rabbittransit encourages customers to use the PArelay service. This service can be accessed by call 711. The translation and interpretation services are free of charge.
